If Hipsterism was a classic Ontario postcard—you’d have Wellington. In the Winter the we play hockey on the town rink, then head in for craft brews. We line the streets for parades that include that magical combo of tractors and Santa.
This part of the County is the West Coast to Picton’s East Coast vibe. It’s chill and young and young-at-heart with an arty, music-y, food-y scene, an incredible park on the water, a wee beach and a killer market in season.
Think: family fun and breweries, bonfires and cocktails, and food heaven from dine-in to streetside to takeaway. And unlike most County ‘hoods, you can experience this feel-good vibe on foot.
We’ll keep working to make sure these neighbourhood directories are as complete as possible, but remember—Ontario’s current travel restrictions and the pace and rhythm of the County means that hours change, new businesses pop up and old ones evolve. Always check in before dropping by!
